Microsoft Project 2013 Workshop:

About the Course

Microsoft Project 2013 is most widely used tool for project scheduling and tracking across industries. However due to lack of proper training and knowledge about the capabilities of Microsoft Project, only a small proportion of Project Management community use MS Project to its full extend.

This workshop is designed for the professionals who intend to use Microsoft Project 2013 for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling the projects. This course will provide the knowledge and skills to prepare realistic and maintainable project plans and techniques to control and monitor projects more efficiently throughout the lifecycle of the project.

This course also discusses project management concepts, principles and core skills necessary for planning, executing, monitoring and controlling a project and demonstrates the practical implementation of the same using MS Project 2013.

After this workshop, participants will be equipped with knowledge & understanding, of project management concepts, practical skills, tools & techniques to handle projects with confidence. They will be familiar with latest features of Microsoft Project 2013 and how to use them in different phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control and Closure) of the project. Participants will use Microsoft Project 2013 more efficiently in their day to day practice to have better control on their projects, manage them effectively and spend much less time than before.

The course deals with a standalone version of Microsoft Project2013. Professional version of MS Project 2013 will be used during the workshop
